*Receive up to $25,000 in closing credit towards some or all builder paid non-recurring closing costs (depending on how you decide to allocate closing credit) PLUS up to $5,000 in design studio credit from builder when you spend at least $10,000 on options at the design studio towards home personalization options from builder’s design studio when you purchase an eligible Linwood and Landmark at Atwell homesite from Tri Pointe Homes®️ Inland Empire for list price and finance the purchase through our affiliated mortgage company, Tri Pointe Connect®️. Please contact our New Home Specialists or visit one of our New Home Galleries to learn which homes are eligible for the incentive, while supplies last. Buyer agrees to pay any additional costs for options in excess of the Design Studio incentive and is required to make at least a 25% deposit on all options selections, including options covered by incentives. Certain features and Design Studio selections may not be available on all homes. Design Studio credit may be applied toward available and “in stock” features, options, upgrades and selections offered by the Design Studio and may not be redeemed in cash. Any unused incentive will be forfeited and may not be applied towards any other incentive. To receive the incentive, you must enter into a purchase for an eligible homesite between 05/1/2026 and 06/30/2026. Incentive not available on existing contracts. Incentive will be applied upon closing. The offer, if any, to pay closing costs may be subject to a cap and does not include the payment of prepaid taxes, property or mortgage insurance, or mortgage installments.
