Santa Catalina Opening

It seems like only yesterday when we introduced Center Pointe Vistoso, a collection of five distinct neighborhoods in Oro Valley, to Tucson homebuyers who came out in record-breaking numbers to see the community’s model homes. And, now, we’re at it again. Only this time, we’re headed northeast into the beautiful Tanque Verde region of Tucson to unveil two new neighborhoods unlike anything we’ve ever built before.

Prospective homebuyers are encouraged to join us from noon to 3 p.m., this Saturday, March 12, for a neighborhood gathering featuring a barbecue lunch with refreshments, and first look at the Ranches and Territory at Santa Catalina, featuring 34 homes collectively. Can’t make it out during that time frame? No need to worry because representatives from Maracay Homes will be on location all day long, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Both neighborhoods, separated by approximately two miles, will feature four distinct, single-level FlexDesign® floor plans ranging from 2,607 to 3,412 square feet, oversized lots, ranch-like neighborhood entrances and immediate access to Mount Lemmon – Tucson’s highest peak and the southernmost ski destination in the United States.

The Ranches at Santa Catalina, located just over one-mile north of Catalina Highway on Harrison Road, offers 24 spacious 1/2- to 3/4-acre homesites. Meanwhile, the Territory at Santa Catalina, located less than a half-mile south of Snyder Road on Bonanza Avenue, features 10 expansive homesites, each covering more than 3/4 of an acre. What’s more, the 10 homes within the Territory at Santa Catalina are among the most responsibly developed, highest performing, energy-efficient homes in the country — designed to meet LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

For more information or to schedule a tour of the Santa Catalina neighborhoods, please contact Maracay Homes’ New Home Specialist Pam Meyer at (520) 329-0380 or visit the model home on Harrison Road, 1.25 miles north of Catalina Highway in Tucson.
