The Vista at Granite Crossing Construction UpdatePosted 01/02/2018
Excitement is building in east Mesa, as Maracay Homes’ highly anticipated community The Vista at Granite Crossing takes shape in the shadows of the Superstition Mountains. Nestled in the beautiful desert landscape, the 37-home enclave is being touted as a luxurious basecamp for homebuyers looking to enjoy the area’s more than 160,000 acres of protected wilderness.
Construction is nearing completion, as our interior designers carefully appoint the community’s model home to reflect Maracay’s high standards of comfort and livability. With features like attached or detached accessory garages and oversized homesites, outdoor enthusiasts will have ample space for RVs, boats or simply enjoying the panoramic views. Five, one- and two-story Flex Design floor plans ranging from 2,685 to 4,363 square feet offer plenty of room to accommodate a wide variety of living situations and lifestyles. And, each home will be built to meet the certification goal of LEED Certified standards from the U.S. Green Building Council, the industry’s leading authority on green home certification.
Just beyond the model home, visitors may catch a glimpse of our land team working around the clock to preserve the area’s vegetation. By relocating the Saguaro cacti and other native plants from Maracay’s preservation farm into the community’s layout, we can stay true to our environmental commitment that began more than 25 years ago with the inception of Maracay Homes. Crews are also placing massive boulders to mark the entry, where homebuyers are greeted in monumental fashion with breathtaking views of The Vista at Granite Crossing and a backdrop of the Superstition Wilderness.
Interested in seeing the community for yourself? Maracay Homes invites potential homebuyers to join us at the grand opening celebration of The Vista at Granite Crossing from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 3. Visitors will not only get a chance to tour the new model home and learn about community amenities, but also enjoy a selection of food and refreshments. RSVP on Facebook here!
