Victory at Verrado – An Active Adult CommunityPosted 01/08/2015
If the name Verrado sounds familiar to you, you’re not alone. Since opening in 2004, the bustling master-planned community nestled in the foothills of the White Tank Mountains of Buckeye, Arizona, has continued to grow rapidly, attracting new businesses, great schools, families of all sizes, and now… active adults.
That’s right! Active adults are heading west to check out the Valley’s latest 55+ community, Victory at Verrado, slated to open to the public Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015. At the center of it all, Maracay Homes is introducing our first-ever entry into the adult housing market with the debut of our Freedom Collection, an all-new assemblage of floor plans thoughtfully designed for active adult living. Prospective homebuyers will have an opportunity to preview models Jan. 10-12, 2015 and stake their claim at the Victory First Dibs event.
The event also offers a first peek at Maracay’s new Freedom Collection, created in conjunction with KTGY, one of the nation’s most celebrated architectural and planning firms. Each of our brand new, single-level FlexDesign® floor plans offers Universal Design elements that add convenience and ease of living without sacrificing style. Ranging from 2,284 to 2,624 square feet, the plans feature notable design cues, such as split master bedrooms, wider hallways and doors, sitting showers, raised ovens and dishwashers, and storage within reach.
As with our other Verrado neighborhoods, Maracay Homes’ Victory at Verrado benefits from the master-planned community’s friendly small-town-within-a-big-city setting, where residents don’t have to sacrifice everyday conveniences, thanks to easy access from Interstate 10, which links to nearby employment centers, shopping, dining and entertainment.
Inside the Victory at Verrado District, a slate of eagerly anticipated amenities are sure to keep even the most active adults entertained. Residents will enjoy more than 20 miles of meandering walking paths, challenging hiking and biking trails, and exclusive access to The Victory Club — a planned community gathering complex that will feature a restaurant, fitness center, resort-style pool and much more. Victory residents also have immediate access to all of Verrado’s existing amenities, including 66 parks, hiking trails, an 18-hole golf course, swim park and grand lawn, fitness center, club house and a number of exclusive Verrado community events designed for residents ranging from the young to the “young at heart.”
