Spotlight on: the Phoenix West ValleyPosted 12/05/2014
Phoenix’s West Valley continues to grow, attracting families and businesses from all across the United States. With gorgeous desert landscape, numerous golf courses, great schools and a thriving economy, it’s no wonder the NFL has selected the West Valley’s city of Glendale to host Super Bowl XLIX in February. Now that the global event is just months away, all eyes appear to be on this part of town.
We completely understand. We, too, have had our eye on the West Valley for quite some time, and are big fans of the beautifully designed cities and family-friendly environment. That’s why we continue to build single-family home neighborhoods throughout the region’s high-demand areas, including Buckeye, Goodyear and Peoria. To get a better idea of what life is like at each, here’s a closer look:
Verrado Tilden and Verrado Palisade: Tucked away against the rolling foothills of the White Tank Mountains in Buckeye, Tilden and Palisade both capture the spirit of a friendly small town while still offering big-city amenities. Located just 25 miles from downtown Phoenix, residents enjoy easy access to Interstate 10, which links to nearby employment centers, shopping, dining and entertainment.
Showcasing the popular Hallmark Collection, Tilden and Palisade both feature a number of home plans with one-and-two story designs ranging from 2,063 to 3,769 square feet at Tilden, and 2,370 to 4,154 square feet at Palisade. Each home design comes with a unique selection of amenities, including FlexDesign® options, spacious great rooms, walk-in kitchen pantries, secret passageway from laundry to master closet, bonus rooms, 3-car garages, inviting exteriors with wrap-around porches and more, depending on the plan.
Active adults, stay tuned! Our newest Verrado neighborhood, Victory at Verrado, a 55+ neighborhood, is coming to the Victory District of the award-winning Verrado master-planned community in January 2015. Teaming with KTGY, one of the nation’s most celebrated architectural and planning firms, Maracay Homes has created all-new, original designs that range in size from 2,284 to 2,624 square feet – all with the specific lifestyle needs of active adults in mind.
Calderra and Los Vientos at Palm Valley: Situated within the renowned Palm Valley master-planned community in Goodyear, Calderra and Los Vientos both offer a series of contemporary home designs carefully crafted to address the unique needs, preferences and lifestyles of post-recession Arizona homebuyers. Conveniently located north of Interstate 10 and east of the Loop 303, the neighborhoods offer floor plans from our celebrated Hallmark and Imperial collections.
Northlands: Set at the base of the picturesque Calderwood Buttes in Peoria — with convenient access to Lake Pleasant Regional Park and popular north Phoenix-area entertainment, shopping and dining destinations — Northlands features the popular Hallmark Collection and offers one- and two-story home plans ranging from 2,354 to 4,152 square feet.
The Reserve at Plaza Del Rio East and West: Featuring the distinctive Monogram Collection, the Reserve at Plaza Del Rio East and West both offer one- and two-story designs with innovative amenities, such as spacious great rooms, walk-in kitchen pantries, front courtyards, 2- and 3-car garages and more, depending on the plan. Located near the Loop 101 freeway and 91st Avenue in Peoria, the Reserve at Plaza Del Rio offers easy access to a wide variety of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment options.
