Spotlight on ChandlerPosted 06/26/2015
The City of Chandler has quietly become a paradise for those who enjoy a luxurious lifestyle but don’t want to pay the heavy price tag of living in trendy upscale neighborhoods. With world-class golf, lavish resorts, award-winning dining and premier shopping, it’s no wonder Chandler is one of the fastest growing cities in the country.
In just a short time, Chandler has transformed from a small agricultural town into a high-tech mecca, attracting some of the world’s top companies. And, despite rapid growth, Chandler hasn’t forgotten its history or small-town roots. Its historic charm is woven into the fabric of the city and comes to life in a walkable downtown area decorated with vintage-style lanterns and trellis-covered walkways. Families enjoy access to competitive schools and state-of-the-art hospital facilities, not to mention year-round festivals, like the Ostrich Festival, and other annual events that attract visitors from all over the U.S.
We fell in love with this city the first time we set eyes on it. That’s why Maracay Homes now has four neighborhoods – two that opened this year – scattered throughout the high-demand areas of town. Here’s a closer look:
Layton Lakes: Our latest Chandler community, Layton Lakes, opened last month and homebuyers are already staking their claim. Located on Layton Lakes Boulevard, east of Gilbert Road, the neighborhood lies within the Layton Lakes master-planned community, featuring scenic waterfalls, lakes, and streams that form an urban oasis tucked amid the rapidly growing south Chandler area. The intimate community features 47 home sites with five distinct single-level floor plans from Maracay’s popular Hallmark, Imperial and Paragon collections, ranging from 3,178 to 3,843 square feet.
Sendera Place: In March, we debuted 79 new home sites at this neighborhood enclave located at the northwest corner of Gilbert and Ocotillo roads. The gated community offers one- and two-story designs ranging from 1,404 to 2,492 square feet and feature the distinctive Monogram Collection. Innovative amenities include spacious great rooms, walk-in kitchen pantries, front courtyards, 2- and 3-car garages and more.
Vaquero Ranch: This charming neighborhood debuted in the spring of 2013 and continues to impress residents and visitors alike. The quiet community features 74 select home sites and introduced Maracay Homes’ New Arizona Living Collection, a series of contemporary home designs carefully crafted to address the unique needs, preferences and lifestyles of Arizona homebuyers with more convenience, more connectivity and more choices.
Artesian Ranch: Conveniently situated at the northwest corner of Gilbert and Ocotillo roads, Artesian Ranch features six one- and two-story designs from the popular Marquis Collection ranging from 2,346 to 4,096 square feet. The cozy neighborhood offers a broad selection of features, such as spacious foyer entries, great rooms, walk-in kitchen pantries, secret passageways from the laundry room to the master closet, bonus suites, 3-car garages, front courtyard entries and more, depending on the plan.
