Recently, we sat down with New Home Advisor Thera Tolman to learn more about life at Electron at Eastmark and what she’s excited to see at our new community.

Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I have been in real estate selling new homes all over the East Valley for the last 12 years and love helping people find their dream home!  I can’t wait to open our newest phase at Eastmark and debut our brand new, highly anticipated homes.

What are you most excited about for Electron at Eastmark?
I am a mom to two young kids and know how busy life can get. I know how important it is to find a home that fits your lifestyle and to also have a community and neighborhood you can feel happy and comfortable in.  Our homes at Electron will do just that! Ranked number six among the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities, and number one in Arizona, there is something for everyone at Eastmark! With the flexibility and beautiful features our floor plans offer, you can have the home of your dreams in a community you can be proud to live in.

What are some of the features people will love about the homes at Electron?
Unique architectural designs, 3-car side-by-side garages and 4-car garages, flexible bedroom counts with optional generation suites, backyards with depth, and beautiful included features and options. Maracay is also the only LEED-Certified® builder in Eastmark.

What’s your favorite aspect of the Eastmark lifestyle?
I love the 4,000-square-foot swimming pool and the oversized covered splash pad! Plus, all of the wonderful events, concerts, clubs and activities we have on site always offer something to enjoy. And, the award-winning schools can’t be beat. There really is something for everyone at Eastmark. If you are looking for big social family activities, there are plenty of those available and if you are looking to meet people and make connections on a smaller level, there are several book clubs, exercise groups and other activities to explore.

What would typical weekend activities look like for someone who lives at Electron?
Relaxing and playing in the pool and splash pad, lunch at the café, kids playing in one of the numerous parks scattered throughout the community, meeting up with neighbors for a potluck or barbecue. Or, possibly a ride through the neighborhood on the community bicycles on a nice day, and Friday night concerts in the fall and winter.
