Your loyalty on new builds and inventory sales will be rewarded with higher commission levels for each buyer transaction through December 31, 2012.

  • 2nd sale normal commission + 1.0%
  • 3rd sale normal commission + 1.5%
  • 4th sale normal commission + 2.0%
  • 5th sale normal commission + 2.5%

Licensed real estate agents must be registered in Maracay Homes Realtor Rewards program to be eligible for higher co-broke commissions levels on sales one, two, three, four, five and beyond from January 1 through December 31, 2012. Effective January 1, 2012

Licensed Real Estate Agents must be registered in the Maracay Homes Realtor Rewards Program in order to receive any bonus commission and participate in this promotion.

Real Estate Agents must accompany client on the initial visit to the Maracay sales office for a Realtor Registration to be valid.

Real Estate Agent sales for the program must originate between January 1, 2012 to December 31st, 2012.

Resales are not included as a valid sale for the promotion.

  • 4th sale normal commission + 2.0%
  • 5th sale normal commission + 2.5%

Commissions
Real Estate Agent commissions are calculated for each individual sale based on the earned bonus percentage rate at the point of the sale as above.

All commissions, including bonus commissions, are calculated as a percentage of the base price or net sales price, whichever is lower.

Maracay will pay the balance of commissions owed upon the successful close of escrow.

Acceptance
By registering, entrants accept and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Realtor Rewards program and by the decisions of Maracay Homes.

Maracay reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

By entering, entrants release Maracay Homes and their respective parent companies, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, sponsors, service agencies, and independent contractors, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability caused by or resulting from the use or possession of any prize awarded or caused by or resulting from participation in any contest or any related promotion.
