Introducing the New Arizona Living Collection

NALCDrum Roll, Please … Introducing the New Arizona Living Collection!

More convenience. More customization. More connectivity. That’s what buyers will find in Maracay Homes’ exciting New Arizona Living Collection, an assemblage of next-generation home designs unveiled today. The result of more than $4 million in investment and two-plus years of research and market observation, the 46 entirely new floor plans — organized into eight separate series — address the unique needs, preferences and lifestyles of the post-recession Arizona homebuyer.

“The unique features of the New Arizona Living Collection homes are so intuitive, homebuyers may wonder how they previously lived in homes without them,” said Andy Warren, Maracay Homes president and CEO.

“Owner’s entries” – with cubbies for personal items and a technology docking station for stashing cell phones and electronic devices – replace the traditional laundry room entrance through the garage in select plans. In fact, most laundry rooms have migrated from the garage entrance to behind the master closet. A secret passageway allows homeowners to access the laundry room from the master closet, creating a more efficient way to manage this household chore.

Other appealing features include generation suites to accommodate multi-generational households; expansive bonus rooms for hobby-lovers; open kitchens with islands to encourage socializing; flexible work nooks to create a casual home office or study room; Jack-n-Jill bathrooms to satisfy growing families; and outdoor living rooms to expand everyday living spaces beyond the home’s interior four walls.

Six all-new architectural styles also celebrate Arizona influences, while exterior design details, such as front courtyards and wrap-around porches, encourage connectivity in neighborhoods not dominated by front walls and garage doors.

“In the post-recession housing market, consumers are seeking as much value as they can afford while maintaining the ability to have choices in their home design preferences,” said Warren. “The New Arizona Living Collection demonstrates Maracay Homes’ grasp of specifically how Arizona buyers want to live now – with convenience, connectivity, affordability and work-life balance.”

The New Arizona Living Collection home plans are rolling out across the Valley in Maracay Homes’ new communities opening this year, including Vaquero Ranch and Artesian Ranch in Chandler; Lyon’s Gate and Bridges in Gilbert; Eastmark in Mesa; Montelena and Villagio in Queen Creek; Los Vientos and Calderra at Palm Valley in Goodyear; and The Reserve in Peoria.
