Focus on the East ValleyPosted 18/10/2013
High-performing schools, major employment centers, excellent freeway access and enough shopping options to satisfy even the most avid shopaholic – that’s just the beginning of the long list of attributes that attract home buyers to the East Valley.
More than 1.3 million people call the communities of Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert, Queen Creek and the San Tan Valley home, and if you’ve ever spent any time in the East Valley, it’s easy to see why. Clean, wide open spaces and family-friendly neighborhoods abound. Maracay Homes has 10 single-family home neighborhoods – plus one on the way — in this much-in-demand segment of the Valley. Here’s a closer look at what we offer:
Arch Crossing and Trestle Place at The Bridges at Gilbert: Our two newest East Valley neighborhoods opened in late September in The Bridges, one of the East Valley’s hottest master-planned communities. Featuring meandering multi-use paths, neighborhood parks and other family-friendly amenities, The Bridges provides the framework to show off the spacious one- and two-story homes from our Insignia and Hallmark collection of floor plans.
Kinetic Point and Lumiere Garden at Eastmark: The Eastmark master-planned community in Mesa has been called the “Heart and Hub of the East Valley.” In August, Maracay Homes debuted two neighborhoods there, featuring floor plans from our popular Signature and Hallmark collections. Front courtyards, expansive great rooms, walk-in kitchen pantries, bonus rooms, generational suites and other special design features, depending on the plan, are drawing rave reviews from buyers in these two new blockbuster neighborhoods.
Artesian Ranch: Located at the northwest corner of Gilbert and Ocotillo roads in Chandler, Artesian Ranch opened this summer with one and two-story designs ranging from 2,346 to 4,096 square feet from the new Marquis Collection. The neighborhood is conveniently connected to the East Valley’s major employment, entertainment and education centers, thanks to its strategic placement near major surface streets and freeways.
Vaquero Ranch: With just 74 homesites, Vaquero Ranch is a charming community in Chandler located just east of the Lindsay and Ocotillo crossroads. One- and two-story designs from our popular Signature Collection range from 1,990 to 4,310 square feet, and come with a variety of inspired amenities, including a secret passageway from the master closet to the laundry and wrap-around porches, depending on the plan.
Villagio: The majority of the 135 homesites in this Queen Creek community celebrate the great outdoors with north/south exposures and easy access to the Queen Creek nature trail. Maracay Homes opened the Villagio community this summer with all-new 2,346- to 4,030-square-foot designs from the Marquis collection of floor plans. Spacious foyers entries, three-car garages, front-courtyards and more, depending on the plan, are classic design details found here.
Lyon’s Gate: Neighborhood parks, picnic ramadas, basketball courts and a community pool draw neighbors out of their homes and into meaningful connections with one another at this Gilbert master-planned community located near Higley and Ray roads. Homes in Maracay’s Lion’s Gate community are from the Signature collection of floor plans ranging from 1,990 to 4,310 square feet.
Montelena East and Montelena West: One community, two amazing neighborhoods! Montelena East and Montelena West in Queen Creek wow buyers with spacious homes from the Paragon collection – our most spacious layouts — that provide four-car garages, bonus rooms, casitas and plenty of space for growing families. The community is located near Chandler Heights and Ellsworth roads, in the heart of the fast-growing East Valley.
Coming in 2014 – The Preserve at Hastings Farms: Located on Ellsworth, just south of Chandler Heights Road in Queen Creek, Maracay Homes at The Preserve at Hastings Farms is a family-oriented neighborhood of 89 homesites and one- and two-story designs. Contact Kristen Schmitt at email@example.com and ask to be placed on our interest list so that you don’t miss an update about the latest developments in this new community.
