At Maracay Homes our customer care satisfaction is very important to us.

At Maracay Homes, we are not only committed to the quality of our construction but also in providing excellent customer care through our Maracay Warranty Program.   We offer three timely spaced visits with you, our new home owner.  

The first is our buyer orientation visit where we will meet with you at the time of closing on your home.  Your second and third visits are post-closing; the second being at 30 days and the third at your one year anniversary.
